Welcome to Architect Exam Prep’s AREprepschool.com, a website owned and operated by Architect Exam Prep LLC.

PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS, NO PARTIAL REFUNDS. There are no refunds or partial refunds for “unused time”.  Pausing a membership is NOT ALLOWED on Single Division Packages, Combo Packages or the ALL 6 Package.

Pausing a membership is only allowed as a benefit to the 12 Month Platinum Coaching Program and only allowed for up to 30 days and is limited to one pause per 12 month period. Additional pausing beyond 30 days is not allowed. 

The Terms and Conditions of Use stated below should be read and understood before completing your purchase of any products sold on this website. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions contained within, you should not complete your purchase.

I. Licenses and Restrictions 

1. You understand and acknowledge that you are purchasing and accessing 100% Online Content. The Online Architect Exam Prep Course, areprepschool.com, and its related files are 100% Online Content and you are subjected to the Terms and Conditions contained herein related to Digital Content.

2. Architect Exam Prep LLC  grants You a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and make personal, non-commercial, use of the Online Content provided by areprepschool.com including the Online Courses.

3. The Online Courses at areprepschool.com  are for your own personal use. You may not share your password with anyone. Accounts with access from numerous IP addresses may become locked. Architect Exam Prep LLC reserves the right to revoke the license to anyone suspected of sharing their username and password without warning and without refunding any fees paid.

4. Purchases on Architect Exam Prep are either a one time payment or a recurring subscription. EASY PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTIONS REPRESENT A COMMITMENT FOR THE LENGTH OF THE TERM OF THE CHOSEN PRODUCT.

• Single Division Packages are for either a one month or three month subscription with a one time payment.
• Ultimate Whole Enchilada 6 Months Combo: PcM/PjM/CE are either a one time payment or 2 Easy Payments. You are not allowed to cancel Easy Payments as they represent a commitment for the full 6 Months of the product. You acknowledge you are committing to fulfill 2 Easy Payments and cancelling an Easy Payment is not an option.
• Ultimate Whole Enchilada 6 Months Combo: PA/PPD/PDD are either a one time payment or 2 Easy Payments. You are not allowed to cancel Easy Payments as they represent a commitment for the full 6 Months of the product. You acknowledge you are committing to fulfill 2 Easy Payments and cancelling an Easy Payment is not an option.
• Ultimate Whole Enchilada 12 Months ALL 6 Divisions are either a one time payment or 4 Easy Payments. You acknowledge you are committing to fulfill 4 Easy Payments and cancelling an Easy Payment is not an option.
• 6 Months ALL 6 Divisions + Platinum Coaching are either a one time payment or 2 Easy Payments. You acknowledge you are committing to fulfill 2 Easy Payments and cancelling an Easy Payment is not an option.
• 12 Months ALL 6 Divisions + Platinum Coaching are either a one time payment or 4 Easy Payments. You acknowledge you are committing to fulfill 4 Easy Payments and cancelling an Easy Payment is not an option.

5. You may not modify, alter, reproduce, copy, print, share with coworkers, distribute copies of, resell, sell, lend, give away, or in any way transfer any or all portions of any material contained within any of the Courses contained within areprepschool.com.

6. You may not sell or post for sale any of the material contained with the Courses, in part or whole, or any of its contents on any internet marketplace or forum including, but not limited to, eBay, craigslist, or any architectural online forum in any of its format.

7. The license granted to you is for use of the subscription that YOU purchased and is for your own personal use. You may not share any portion, in whole or in part of any of the content contained within areprepschool.com.

8. The license granted to you is for your own personal use and is non-transferable. You may not transfer it to anyone including, but not limited to, friends, family, and coworkers.

9. Architectural and related firms may not distribute any of the content contained within areprepschool.com to any of its employees unless a license is purchased for each employee. Purchasing a license for the firm library is not allowed and is in direct conflict with any violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use contained herein. Licenses are granted only to individuals.

10. American Institute of Architects (AIA) Chapters may not distribute any of the content contained within areprepschool.com to any of its members unless a license is purchased for each member. Purchasing a license for the firm library is not allowed and is in direct conflict with any violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use contained herein. Licenses are granted only to individuals.

11. All of the content contained within areprepschool.com  and its related files is copyrighted by Architect Exam Prep LLC. You may not post any of its content on any public internet forum including, but not limited to, any architectural forum.

12. There are no refunds for any subscriptions purchased on areprepschool.com. There are no stop or put-on-hold requests allowed.

14. Architect Exam Prep LLC reserves the right to make changes to the areprepschool.com website and materials, posted policies, and Terms and Conditions of Use at any time without notice or liability. These terms were last revised on April 30, 2024.
